Ania Terms of Service

The service

Ania is a digital-safety assistant for families. You can send it messages, links, phone numbers, and screenshots, and it replies with a safety assessment in plain language. It can also guide you through recovering from a scam ("I Messed Up"), and send your chosen family guardian event-only alerts. Ania runs on a server operated by your family organizer.

What Ania is — and isn't

• Ania gives its best assessment of whether a message looks like a scam, based on the patterns it knows. It is honest when unsure and can be wrong — that's why every reply says how confident it is.
• Ania is not a substitute for your bank, law enforcement, or professional advice. If you've been scammed, contact your bank and local authorities as well as using Ania's recovery steps.
• Ania never asks for your password, a verification code, or a payment.

Your account

• There is no public sign-up. You join through your family — your organizer adds you or sends you a family invite link — and you pick your name when you first open Ania.
• Your privacy dial — what your guardian can see — is always your choice to change.

SMS program terms

• By being added to your family's Ania household, you consent to receive service messages from your family's Ania number: replies to what you send, safety alerts if you've chosen to share them, and at most one weekly family summary.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from Ania. Reply HELP for support information.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service for abuse.

Changes

• Your organizer may update these terms as the pilot evolves; the date above changes when they do.
